Service Description
We offer comprehensive assessments and screenings for a range of neurodiverse profiles, including Dyslexia, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD/Dyspraxia), ADHD, Dyscalculia, Autism, and Sensory Processing Differences. Our assessments provide clear, evidence-based insights to support educational planning, workplace adjustments, or access to additional services such as the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations need to be made 24 hours before the appointment. Where an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of £50 will be billed. Rescheduling will need to be agreed between the client and assessor with 72 hours' notice. A rescheduling fee will be charged unless due to an emergency situation (for example, hospitalisation, illness, family crisis). The Phoenix Psychology Practice will give 24 hours' notice of any cancellation of an appointment due to assessor availability or illness. A new appointment will be offered with no charge to the client. Clients will be expected to complete all forms prior to the appointment. Preferably, all clients should have had an eye test prior to their appointment (where practicable or possible).
