Cancellation Policy

Cancellations need to be made 24 hours before the appointment. Where an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of £50 will be billed. Rescheduling will need to be agreed between the client and assessor with 72 hours' notice. A rescheduling fee will be charged unless due to an emergency situation (for example, hospitalisation, illness, family crisis). The Phoenix Psychology Practice will give 24 hours' notice of any cancellation of an appointment due to assessor availability or illness. A new appointment will be offered with no charge to the client. Clients will be expected to complete all forms prior to the appointment. Preferably, all clients should have had an eye test prior to their appointment (where practicable or possible).
